Dear Reedy Creek Elementary Families and Community,

Welcome to Reedy Creek Elementary School! It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the principal of such an incredible school community. As I begin my seventh year as principal of Reedy Creek and my seventeenth year as a principal, I continue to be inspired by the dedication of our students, staff, families, and community partners. This year also marks my 30th year as an educator, and I remain as passionate as ever about providing every child with the opportunities and support they need to thrive.

This school year is especially meaningful as Reedy Creek Elementary celebrates 45 years of serving our community. Our rich history is built upon a tradition of excellence, strong relationships, and an unwavering commitment to doing what is best for children. We are proud of the legacy that has been established and excited to continue building upon it for future generations of Red Wolves.

At Reedy Creek, our highest priority is ensuring that every student, staff member, and visitor feels safe, valued, and respected. We believe that a positive and secure learning environment is the foundation for academic success, personal growth, and meaningful relationships. Every decision we make begins with the question, "What is best for our students?"

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond creating a safe and welcoming school. We are incredibly proud of our students' academic achievements and the hard work of our talented staff. Since I became principal, Reedy Creek has exceeded expected academic growth in nearly every school year, demonstrating our belief that every child can learn and achieve at high levels. We are committed to continuing that tradition of excellence and look forward to exceeding growth again this year.

In addition, Reedy Creek has been recognized by the district for meeting key district performance goals for multiple consecutive years. These accomplishments reflect the collaborative efforts of our dedicated educators, supportive families, hardworking students, and engaged community partners. Together, we have created a culture where high expectations, continuous improvement, and strong relationships lead to outstanding outcomes for children.

We encourage families to be actively involved in their child's learning and to take advantage of the many opportunities to engage with our school throughout the year.
